These Terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users who access our digital platforms, property management services, consulting, or related operations.


1. General Overview

By using Five Stars Solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between Five Stars Solutions and you (“Client,” “you,” “your”).

These Terms apply to:

  • Tenants
  • Investors
  • Website users
  • Prospective clients
  • Anyone contacting or engaging with our services

If you do not accept these Terms, you must stop using our website and services immediately.


2. Nature of Services

Five Stars Solutions provides property management, leasing, maintenance coordination, financial reporting, consulting, and real estate administrative support. All documents, updates, agreements, and related materials are delivered through digital means, including email, cloud-based software, or client portals.

Service Fulfillment Timeline

Typical timelines vary depending on service type:

  • Tenant placement: 7–30 days (market-dependent)
  • Property onboarding: 1–5 business days
  • Maintenance response: 24–72 hours (non-emergency)
  • Emergency support: Immediate or same-day
  • Financial statements: Monthly

All timelines are estimates and may change based on property condition, market factors, or client responsiveness.


3. Service Catalog & Pricing

Below is the standard pricing structure for Five Stars Solutions property management services. Pricing may vary depending on property type, location, size, condition, or custom contract terms.

4. Intellectual Property & Use of Materials

All materials on our website and within service deliverables—including content, digital documents, agreements, logos, systems, photos, videos, HTML, scripts, and templates—are the sole property of Five Stars Solutions and are protected by U.S. and international copyright law.

You may NOT:

  • Copy, redistribute, or republish our content
  • Modify or create derivative works
  • Use any service deliverables for resale
  • Reproduce or exploit our internal processes or documents
  • Use our materials for competing services

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.


5. Confidentiality & Security

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of:

  • Passwords
  • Client portal access
  • Documents
  • Communications
  • Financial data provided by Five Stars Solutions

Sharing login credentials or internal documents with third parties is strictly prohibited unless you have written approval.


6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our website or services for:

  • Fraudulent or deceptive activity
  • Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior
  • Uploading malware or attempting unauthorized access
  • Activities that violate U.S. laws or regulations
  • Misuse of documents or service information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.


7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

Because property management involves time, labor, compliance, and coordination, our services are non-refundable once initiated.

The following are non-refundable:

  • Tenant placement (once marketing begins)
  • Monthly management fees
  • Lease renewals
  • Inspections
  • Consulting sessions
  • Custom reports
  • Maintenance coordination fees
  • Any service after work has commenced

Management contracts may be canceled with appropriate notice as defined in your signed management agreement.


8. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services are provided “as-is” and “as-available.”

Five Stars Solutions makes no guarantee that:

  • A property will rent within a specific timeframe
  • Tenants will always renew or comply with lease terms
  • Maintenance vendors will always be available
  • Third-party service outcomes will be error-free
  • Online systems, portals, or communication channels will operate without downtime

We disclaim all warranties including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.


9. Limitation of Liability

Five Stars Solutions shall NOT be liable for:

  • Loss of rental income
  • Tenant-caused property damage
  • Vacancies
  • Delayed maintenance
  • Vendor incidents or mistakes
  • Financial loss
  • Legal fees unrelated to our negligence
  • Eviction delays beyond our control

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for services in the 30 days prior to the claim.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the United States of America. All legal claims must be filed in Virginia courts.


11. Arbitration Clause

Any dispute not involving intellectual property shall be resolved through:

  1. Attempted informal resolution
  2. If unresolved, binding arbitration in Virginia, USA, under the American Arbitration Association (AAA)

No class-action claims are permitted.


12. Modifications to Terms

Five Stars Solutions may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms. The responsibility to review this page periodically lies with you.


13. Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate a management agreement according to the conditions outlined in the signed contract.

Five Stars Solutions may suspend or terminate service access without notice for:

  • Fraud
  • Abuse
  • Illegal activity

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, combined with your property management contract, owner agreement, or service authorization, constitute the full agreement between you and Five Stars Solutions.

No verbal agreements override these Terms.


15. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully enforceable.
